It usually takes 7 to 14 days to deliver our merchandise anywhere in Australia. If you have not received your order within 14 days please contact us and we will do everything we can to track them down, or re-send it if it cannot be located.
We only store your information for our own use. We never sell or give away your personal information. Nor do we send out unsolicited emails. You will only ever receive emails from us if you tick the box indicting you agree.
We take every care to deliver our merchandise to you in perfect condition. However, mistakes do happen. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the merchandise please inform us using our Contact Us form and return the item(s). We will replace your order, or refund your money, if it is damaged during transit, or if there is any manufacturing defect.
